Initial training

The state diploma of Doctor of Dental Surgery is the cornerstone of the initial training offered by the Faculty of Odontology. The program lasts 6 years, and prepares students to work as dental surgeons. Students wishing to specialize can continue their studies for 3 to 4 years as interns.

The Faculty of Odontology also offers additional training courses for those who have obtained the diploma of Doctor of Dental Surgery: University Diplomas, Certificates of Advanced Studies.

Recognized as a training center of excellence, the Faculty of Odontology is proud of its teaching team of 67 teacher-researchers. They include 11 university professors and hospital practitioners, 22 university lecturers and hospital practitioners, 23 university hospital assistants, 3 emeritus university professors, 1 university professor, 1 associate university professor, 2 associate lecturers and 3 associate professors.

This team works daily to ensure the best possible conditions for students' studies. The faculty's state-of-the-art facilities guarantee the learning of new dental techniques.
