Withdraw a Degree
The diploma is a permanent document and must be kept.
In both initial and continuing education programs, once you have earned your degree, there are several options available to you for obtaining your diploma:
I would like to retrieve my diploma
I will come during school hours with the following:
- My valid national ID card, passport, or residence permit (a driver's licenseis not considered a form of identification).
Hours of operation: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
I would like a third party to come pick it up at my PLACE
If you are unable to come in person, you may have someone else pick up your diploma for you.
To do this, you must provide him with:
- A power of attorney from you by filling out the power of attorney form for diploma pickup
- A photocopy of both sides of your valid ID, passport, or residence permit.
- A photocopy of both sides of the third party’s valid identification document, or my passport or residence permit.
Hours of operation: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
I would like to receive my diploma by mail
If you are unable to come in person, you can submit a request by mail.
In that case, you must complete and sign the diploma application form.
Documents to attach:
- A copy of both sides of your valid ID
- A cardboard envelope measuring 24 cm by 32 cm, addressed to your last name, first name, and full address, and stamped at the current rate for registered mail with return receipt requested
- A copy of your certificate of completion or provisional certificate (if possible)
Any incomplete application will not be processed
