Withdraw a Degree
The diploma is issued definitively and must be kept.
In initial training and continuing education, once you have obtained your diploma, there are several options available to you for retrieving your diploma:
I would like to retrieve my diploma.
I will come to the school registration office during opening hours with:
- My valid national identity card or passport or residence permit (a driver's licenseis not considered a form of identification).
Opening hours: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
I would like a third party to come and collect it from my PLACE
If you are unable to attend, you may have your diploma collected by a third party.
To do this, you must provide them with:
- A power of attorney from you by completing the power of attorney for diploma collection
- A photocopy of both sides of your valid ID card or my passport or residence permit.
- A photocopy of the third party's valid ID ( front and back ) or my passport or residence permit.
Opening hours: 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
I would like to receive my diploma by mail.
If you are unable to come in person, you can submit your request by mail.
In this case, you must complete and sign the diploma application form.
Documents to be attached:
- A copy of both sides of your valid ID
- A cardboard envelope measuring 24cm x 32cm, addressed to you with your full name and address, stamped at the current rate for registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
- A copy of your certificate of completion or provisional certificate (if possible)
Any incomplete application will not be processed.
