Withdraw a Diploma

The diploma is final and must be kept.

Whether you are enrolled in an initial training program or continuing education, once you have earned your degree, there are several options available to you for obtaining your diploma: 

I would like to receive my diploma

I will come during school hours with the following:

  • My valid national ID card, passport, or residence permit (a driver’s licenseis not considered a valid form of identification).

Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

I would like someone else to come pick it up at my PLACE

If you are unable to attend in person, you may have someone else pick up your diploma for you.

To do this, you must provide them with:

  • Please provide a power of attorney by completing the form for diploma pickup
  • A photocopy of both sides of your valid ID, passport, or residence permit.
  • a photocopy of both sides of the third party’s valid ID, or my passport or residence permit.

Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

I would like to receive my diploma by mail

If you are unable to come in person, you can submit a request by mail.

In that case, you must complete and sign the diploma request form.

Documents to be attached:

  • A copy of both sides of your valid ID
  • A 24 cm x 32 cm cardboard envelope addressed to your last name, first name, and full address, stamped at the current rate for registered mail with return receipt requested
  • A copy of your certificate of completion or provisional certificate (if available)

Any incomplete application will not be processed
