Withdraw a Diploma

The diploma is definitive and must be kept.

In initial and continuing training, once you have obtained your diploma, there are several ways to get it back: 

I want my diploma back

I will come to school opening hours with :

  • My valid national identity card or passport or residence permit(a driver's licenseis not considered an identity document).

Opening hours : 8:30am - 12:00pm / 1:30pm - 4:30pm

I would like a third party to collect it from me PLACE

If you are unable to attend, you can have your diploma collected by a third party.

To do this, you must provide :

  • A power of attorney on your part by completing the diploma withdrawal power of attorney form
  • A photocopy of both sides of your valid ID or passport.
  • a photocopy of the third party's valid double-sided ID or passport.

Opening hours : 8:30am - 12:00pm / 1:30pm - 4:30pm

I would like to receive my diploma by mail order

If you can't come in person, you can apply by post.

In this case, you must complete and sign the diploma application form.

Attachments :

  • A copy of both sides of your valid identity card
  • A cardboard envelope (24cmX32cm) with your full name and address, stamped at the current rate for registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
  • A copy of your certificate of achievement or provisional certificate (if available)

Incomplete applications cannot be processed
